We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO of a leading hotel brand in the German market, setting the standard as a source of inspiration for our dedicated employees! As an employer, we have demonstrated resilience during challenging times and garnered recognition from our team members.

Your role:

We are currently seeking a management assistant for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Germany (all genders) to join our Support Center in Frankfurt am Main at the earliest opportunity. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to our CEO, including assistance with project-related tasks.

As the assistant, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding appointments, playing a key role in coordinating and scheduling these engagements for our CEO. Your responsibilities will extend to the preparation and follow-up of appointments, involving tasks such as creating presentations and recording meeting minutes.

Additionally, you will be tasked with organizing business trips and compiling the associated travel expense reports. Taking on a broader scope, you will also be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating various events.


  • You’ve finished your commercial training and have acquired prior experience in support roles, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Displaying a confident demeanor, you possess excellent communication skills.
  • Your work is characterized by a structured approach, strong time management, and the ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
  • Organization and prioritization are among your key strengths.

  • Your proficiency in Microsoft Office is exceptional, and you are fluent in both spoken and written German and English.
