Senior HR Advisor

Senior HR Advisor – 6 month contract – Hybrid

Pay: £200 p/day (inside IR35)

Duration: 6 months contract looking to be extended

Flexibility: hybrid 2x days p/week onsite (candidate will be required to attend other office location die to the nature of the work.

Experience required:

• Local Government Experience as an HR Adviser
• Recent operational TUPE experience (both TUPE in and out of organisations).
• Recent operational HR Advisory experience across the range of ER policies and holding own case load.
• Supporting Managers with the drafting of ER reports for formal hearings.
• Quality Assurance of reports.
• Knowledge and operational experience of Ill Health Retirement processes
• Supported / lead HR related projects
• Managing change across a range of Directorates / conditions of service Knowledge, use and co-ordination of HR systems to respond to customer enquiries and record case Supervising / managing/mentoring staff

Non essential experience / nice to have:

Experience of HR Advisory support for Schools, including knowledge of the School Teachers’ Pay & Conditions / NJC Pay & Conditions Working in private sector in a service delivery environment (i.e care homes, wholly owned companies etc)
