This is a newly created role in HR sitting in the People and Culture department. This role will be influential in helping the organisation continue to better use data and drive actionable insights. This is a truly unique role and will part of a global organisation who is going through a huge transformation of there product range to become a consumer technology company, this role will have the opportunity to build an analytics team and have a real business impact.
Specific responsibilities include:
* Support People & Culture leadership team in providing actionable insights in order to make informed, data-driven human capital strategy decisions and process improvements.
* Create HR metrics and ROI reporting, workforce analytics & planning, process maintenance and enhancements, and data integrity taskforce solutions.
* Work with the central Enterprise Analytics team to query, audit and prepare data for HR analytics packages, as well as completing ad-hoc requests and projects as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
* BA/BS industrial/org psychology, computer science, mathematics, natural sciences.
* Relevant experience as an HR analytics practitioner or consultant – within a data/ digital organisation or consultancy
* Strong research, analytical (including statistical)
* Strong computer skills, including experience using spreadsheets and enterprise applications
* Ability to tell a story with data – taking raw data from multiple sources and transforming it into actionable information
