Campaign Assistant

· Partner recruitment, activation and optimisation of affiliate partners.

· Monitor partner activity for compliance and flag violations using Impact Compliance monitoring tool.

· Refer A Friend monthly validation and client query ownership.

· Upload creative assets, validate placements, and maintain screenshot documentation.

· Support onboarding, documentation processes, and template management for team consistency.

Years of experience; 1+

Essential Qualifications

· Some experience or strong interest in digital marketing, affiliates, or partnerships

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation

· High attention to detail, particularly in compliance checks and creative validation

· Good written and verbal communication skills in business English

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets for reporting)

· Ability to work independently in a remote freelance capacity, with accountability for tasks and deadlines

· Comfortable collaborating with a team and supporting process consistency

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience with affiliate management platforms (e.g., Impact, Partnerize)

· Familiarity with compliance monitoring tools

· Basic understanding of affiliate marketing performance metrics

· Prior experience in partner recruitment, onboarding, or creative asset management

· Knowledge of the UK digital marketing or affiliate landscape

· Exposure to financial services, trading, or fintech sectors
