About the Role

A renowned women’s luxury retailer is looking for a hands-on Affiliates Specialist to manage and optimise their affiliate program. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Partnerize, as well as a data-driven mindset to optimise performance through detailed reporting and analysis. This role is fast-paced and hands-on, making it perfect for those with both in-house and agency experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Affiliate Program Management & Optimisation – Oversee and grow the affiliate network within Partnerize, ensuring all partnerships are performing effectively.
• Reporting & Analysis – Use Google Analytics and Tableau to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Partner Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Campaign Execution – Support promotional activities, ensuring affiliates have access to the right creative assets and messaging.
• Performance Tracking – Monitor campaign effectiveness, adjusting strategies to improve ROI and drive conversions.
• Compliance & Quality Control – Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to brand guidelines and ethical marketing practices.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Partnerize for program management and optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights using Google Analytics and Tableau.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, balancing multiple priorities.
