Performance Marketing
Responsibilities
- Act as Client Director across the DACH market for the client
- Develop excellent client relationships at all levels, across our clients brand and marketing teams
- Work with internal teams to manage priorities across channels/specialisms and ensure client deadlines are met
- Have a multichannel view of all priorities/tasks across channels.
- Work with channel/specialist teams and the client to project manage these & set client expectations for delivery
- Ensure all project plans and process documents are maintained and kept up to date
- Attend multichannel client meetings & work alongside the COE team to drive multichannel strategy
- Keep abreast of channel and product updates within the agency, ensuring these are communicated to the client where appropriate
- Ensure clients are informed of sustainability offering and credentials
