The Company and Role
My client is the largest tea business in the world and has recently separated from it’s larger parent company, meaning as a standalone entity with a dedicated single-category focus, they are even better positioned to lead the tea industry, delivering higher growth and value. The role is a critical hire in this new structure and is tasked with creating global framework agreements for its agencies, enabling optimised activity across the board and a robust reporting/tracking solution. The global performance marketing lead will work across brand teams, multiple disciplines, countries and their agency partners to develop fit for purpose KPI frameworks and drive rigorous optimization of their investments.
Ideally you will bring 10+ years of international experience in digital media & performance marketing, having worked at leading brand advertisers and/or agencies. Experience in leading teams both internally as well as across agency partners to drive business performance would be an added benefit. You will possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience in digital marketing including that within Google & Meta ecosystem, other PPC platforms, social channels e.g. TikTok, Ecommerce platforms including Amazon and key omni players across countries.
