Head of Performance Marketing, Financial Services, London – £120 – 150K

I am working with a global leader in the FX industry, within the financial services space. They have experienced significant growth in their 24 year existence and are on track to continue this growth trajectory, through digital. They are looking to bring on board a Head of Performance Marketing (replacement). You will lead a large team and be tasked with continuing to grow the team as they scale their growth globally. It is critical that this person is a specialist in performance marketing, as well as integrated and lifecycle marketing.

For this person to be successful, they are likely to come from within the industry or at least have sound industry knowledge. The ideal profile will be strong and not afraid to make difficult decisions.
