The Company and Role
My client is one of the leading manufacturers of conditioning solutions and they operate in the residential and commercial markets. They are embarking on a digital transformation and as part of this, they are looking to bring on board a Head of Performance Marketing. This is a key hire as they look to build internal capability to support the on-going growth. They have a very dynamic and fast-paced culture, akin to a start-up mentality.
The Head of Performance will lead a team of specialists across SEA, paid social, display, CRM and SEO. You will be responsible for end-to-end management (strategy and planning to execution and reporting). There is a global remit in the role. This role defines and delivers effective customer-led acquisition marketing plans across all performance channels and is responsible for the tracking and reporting of integrated media campaigns performance. Key stakeholder management is an important criteria for the successful candidate. It’s a great opportunity for a performance marketing leader to own the paid media channels and drive growth on a global scale.
Ideally you will bring 5+ years’ experience in a performance marketing environment, with a demonstrated track record of driving growth in sales. Previous experience of leading a team of 10+ marketers is important. They are ideally looking for an innovator – someone who can bring a fresh approach to driving increased sales.
