Paid Social Marketing Lead – Online Gambling – London – c. £60-80K

I am working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing prize competition brands, offering incredible opportunities to win performance cars, luxury goods, and life-changing cash prizes. We’re now looking for a Paid Social Marketing Lead to take the reins of our paid media strategy and supercharge customer acquisition.

What you’ll do:

• Own and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Optimise performance for ROAS and customer growth
• Manage ad budgets and reporting, identifying data-driven opportunities
• Collaborate with creative and content teams for campaign assets
• Stay ahead of trends and platform changes to keep us competitive

Ideally you’ll bring experience in managing large scale paid social campaigns – both from an executional and strategic perspective. The successful candidate will be very analytical and have a deep understanding of audience targeting. The role is hybrid in London or Norwich.
