The Head of Digital/Programmatic will play a vital role in building awareness of the brands, across all of the markets. As well as delivering a roadmap which covers key ingredients like platforms, audiences and bidding tactics, you’re able to build data-driven campaigns, that tie in with our brand perception.

Key requirements:-

• 8+ years experience in Programmatic Marketing roles – ideally with an agency or direct-to-consumer brand
• Experience in building and inspiring a team of digital experts
• Working knowledge and understanding of automation-focused campaigning and conversion tracking tools and metrics
• A flexible outlook and ability to adapt quickly within a fast-growing global company
• Fluent English skills, with Dutch a plus
