Campaign Specialist – Performance Media Operations

Contract: 12 months

Location: Hybrid (London-based)

Rate: £150-£160 per day (Inside IR35, Paid via Umbrella)

Are you looking to kickstart your career in digital marketing? This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of Paid Social, working on high-profile campaigns across a variety of sectors. Full training will be provided.

About the Role

As a Campaign Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of performance media campaigns across multiple digital platforms including Meta, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. You’ll gain valuable exposure to campaign management, optimisation strategies, and performance analytics in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the set-up and launch of paid social campaigns across various platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and support with day-to-day optimisations
• Support in building post-campaign reports and surfacing insights to stakeholders
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and ensure campaigns run smoothly
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with broader media strategies
• Analyze audience data and performance trends to help inform campaign decisions

What We’re Looking For

• A strong interest in Paid Social, digital marketing or performance media
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
• Some familiarity with social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) is a bonus but not essential
