The Company and Role

My client is a world leader in online trading. They are a global outfit with HQ here in London. With a large performance marketing team and a tendency to promote internally, the company has multiple opportunities for growth, development and ultimately progression.

This person will have responsibility to define and implement paid social proposition within the business. Reporting into the Head of Paid Media, the Paid Social Lead will be manages a team of 3. Focus of the role will be to drive innovation in the channel and find new ways to achieve the growth via Paid Social, that the business knows is possible. Historically they haven’t been able to make the Paid Social channel as successful as it should be, hence they are looking for fresh ideas and ideally a track record of delivering success in the paid social channel.
