Role: Performance Marketing Contractor

Contract length: 3 month initial

Start: ASAP

Day rate: £250- £350 via LTD

Location: Central London/Berkshire (4 days a week in London, 1 in Berkshire)

My client, a well known company based in Central London, are currently changing the nature of how they manage their performance marketing, phasing out the agency they currently work with, and bringing in a new agency.

To do this, they need a Performance marketing contractor with experience of working both client and agency side, to manage the working relationship during the transition (special focus on developing the relationship of the incoming agency), as well as being hands on with digital channel management in the interim.

Reporting directly into the head of acquisition, the role will require:

• Hands on and strategic management of digital channels: specifically:

• Hands on, with agency support (90%)
• Display
• Paid Social
• Programmatic
• Reporting responsibilities (10%)
• PPC
• Affiliates

• The ideal candidate is someone exceptionally strong in the hands-on channels (3+ years minimum ideally)
• PPC and Affiliates experience is of less importance, as you will be provided with full in-house support. Understanding of these channels is a bonus though.

Expectations:

• Manage the channel and drive strategic initiatives and for the other channels it’s just
• Develop a strong relationship with the lead agency contact, and feed back internally with regular updates, tracked using a weekly and monthly report.
• The ideal candidate is full time, but potential scope for a very strong candidate for 4 days
• Need to be based in Berkshire for 1 day a week minimum, with the remaining time spent in the client’s central London office.
