The Company and Role
My client is a company in the innovative design retail space. They pride themselves on innovation and being able to simplify our everyday lives, with products for the kitchen and bathroom. They are 25 years old and based in Oxfordshire (short walk from local train station).
They are looking to bring on a seasoned performance marketing talent that can help drive growth in the UK and EMEA, via Google predominantly. Wider experience in Paid Social will be valuable but this role is built around PPC. You will need to have experience with attribution and tagging and various tools in this space (GA4 and GTM etc). They have built their company and proposition around being efficiency and innovation, so unsurprisingly they are wanting someone who is cutting-edge and driving innovation in PPC, to support their ambitious growth targets across EMEA.
This is the perfect role for someone who wants to own the performance marketing side within the business. They are a close-knit team, hence culture fit, and attitude will be key drivers in this hire.
