The Company and Role

My client is a very successful group of companies in the creative retail space, with HQ in London and a global output. They are looking to bring on a performance marketing manager at a group level, to operate across the brands and manage the agencies, across the different channels. Some of the brands are at different stages of their digital transformation.

The performance marketing will continue to be managed by agencies, hence this role requires someone with extensive experience of working with agencies. It is critical that this person is able to produce and respond to briefs etc. Ideally they would like someone who has worked in-house as well as agency side. Some prior hands-on experience is important so they can drive efficiencies with the agencies.

They are a close-knit team, hence culture fit, and attitude will be key drivers in this hire.
