Performance Marketing Manager – SW London – Retail/Beauty – £50K plus package

The Company and Role

My client is a well-known player in the beauty industry. They are on an upwards trajectory in terms of growth and digital investment forms a significant part of the continued growth. They are looking to bring on-board a performance marketer who can join a dynamic and successful marketing team and who will report into the Head of Marketing.

This role defines and delivers effective customer-led acquisition marketing plans across all performance channels (primarily Paid Search and Paid Social) and is responsible for the tracking and reporting of integrated media campaigns performance. Key stakeholder management is an important criteria for the successful candidate. It’s a great opportunity for an aspiring performance marketer to take ownership of the digital acquisition channels and drive forward the continued growth of a successful brand. Role is based in a fantastic leafy location in SW London and they operate a flexible approach to hybrid working. Ideally this person will have prior experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry.
