Performance Marketing Specialist (Swedish) – London – c. £40K plus package

My client is a successful global pureplay digital company – they have grown significantly and consistently over the last few years. They have created a buzzing and dynamic place to work, where your career will propel forwards in line with their growth. You’ll get to work with some of the finest digital talent in the business. They are creating a world-class in-house performance team and this role will look after one of their core markets. They are focusing on their European growth and this role will report into the Performance Marketing Manager and be tasked with driving new customer sales.

Key focus and requirements:-

• Expand the customer acquisition strategy through the paid digital channels
• Rebuild the current PPC and Shopping campaigns, delivering a step-change in sales performance through restructuring
• Ensuring all campaigns are on target in terms of budget and ROI
• Create and implement a test and learn strategy to improve conversion rate optimisation
• Daily/weekly/monthly reporting
• Competitor analysis
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• 2+ years’ hands-on experience in PPC, with experience in Shopping
• Experience in Google Analytics
• Experience in Paid Social and Affiliates is a plus
