Performance/Growth Lead – Food – London/hybrid – c. 90K plus package/bonus

The Company and Role

I am working with one of the premier food brands in the UK, having grown significantly since their inception 8 years ago. Their mission is to make cooking more fun and accessible for everyone, particularly young people. The role is focused on driving forward the proposition and continuing to grow their subscriber base.

You will be comfortable executing and leading innovation in the paid channels (search and social) as well as running the CRM on Klaviyo. You’ll be responsible to scaling the business growth fast! You will work with agencies and ultimately build out a team around you to support the growth. Experience in paid channels and CRM is essential, as is experience driving growth in an app, alongside a website.

It is a UK role and it reports into the CEO. Ideally, you will bring at least 5 years’ experience in a growth-focused or performance role, with hands-on experience and have worked in a product-focused D2C environment.
