Salt have partnered with a data driven, digitally focused brand focused on high quality digital execution. They are currently building out an exceptional trading team which is already taking shape. This is a highly analytical trading role but strong communication skills are essential as communicating with clients will be a key responsibility within this role. Hands on experience would help to hit the ground running as well as time at a trading desk would be beneficial but a willingness to learn in this area with a strong understanding of digital, data and strategy will be key.

The role:

• Participation in campaign planning / briefs with Sales team.
• Pre campaign planning and forecasting using propriety data and tech.
• Collaborating with Client Services team to deliver best in market reporting.
• Optimising towards secondary metrics – Campaign pacing, Viewability, Margin.
• Proactively collaborating with Sales and Client Services team on campaign reports and briefs.
• Cross collaborating with Product and Analytics team on platform and reporting.

Skills:

• Strong communication skills and a confident, personable approach to relationships.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into easy to understand formats.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and an ability to manage and analyse large data sets.
• An eagerness for career progression in AdTech.
