Senior App Marketing Manager – Berlin – €60K

The Company

My client is a leading global dating company with a presence in over 29 countries. They continue their steady growth and are now looking to strengthen the Marketing team with a Senior App Marketing Manager, based in the Berlin headquarters. Reporting directly into the Director of Programmatic Marketing, the Senior App Marketing Manager will help create a a successful and best in class App Marketing channel.

Main Job Responsibilities:

• Build the app channel and prove its business case
• Develop a scalable app Marketing strategy for their different apps
• Optimize and improve existing app activities
• Maximize retention and usage via in-app messaging and other engagement tactics
• Act as a bridge between Product and Marketing with main focus to improve performance

Essential skills/experience:

• Great understanding of the technical side of App Marketing
• Great understanding of app promotion via paid and organic channels
• Good negotiation skills
• Passion for numbers and analytics
• At least 3 years hands-on experience with app Marketing (dating, gaming, lifestyle expertise is a plus)
• Experience in developing the strategy and the roadmap for the App Marketing Channel
• You worked 2 years as a senior Manager
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in English
• Experience with advanced reporting, attribution modelling and tracking
• Excellent knowledge of mobile app tracking and attribution systems
• Strong knowledge of UAC, ASA and other app networks
• Good understanding of how app tracking tools work
