My client, a leading FMCG brand, is on the hunt for a mid-weight Community Manager to help drive one of their flagship sections of their business to increase engagement and brand awareness.
This role will be an initial 6-week project with scope to the continue if there is an ongoing need.
The Community Manager will need to have at least 2-3 years’ experience managing social platforms and driving engagement, ideally with consumer brands and/or companies.
My client is open to both candidates from an agency or client-side background, so long as you’re passionate about social media and are comfortable managing content calendars, scheduling and publishing content on various platforms, responding and engaging with consumers/followers, maintaining TOV, running analysis of campaigns using social tools, etc.
The day to day will look like…
– Managing social channels
– Driving engagement and online conversation
– Maintaining brand guidelines and consistency online
– Managing and owning social calendars
– Responding to tweets and comments
– Working at pace, but with careful eye for detail
– Strong stakeholder management and project management skill set
– Able to craft great social copy
– Able to manage TOV

Duration: 6-week project (potential to extend)
