The Opportunity
I am representing a world-renowned consumer electronics brand who have seen exceptional growth internationally. Digital has been a key driver to their success, and they are looking now for a Content Lead to join their online experience in team in a brand-new role.

**Please note that this role is based in Chertsey**

The Role
Reporting into the Head of Online Experience, and working autonomously from day one, the Content Lead will be responsible for:

• Leading an international content strategy for the brand – defining what content needs to be created and where it should be delivered.
• Understanding what customers are looking for, and tailoring onsite content, optimising Search and Social Media, to connect customers to the right information
• Champion the voice of the customer at every available touchpoint, driving a positive NPS through excellent UX copy.
• Work with multiple stakeholders internally to deliver content strategy
• Recruit a content team.

Who You are
You are a seasoned Content Manager with proven experience delivering large scale multichannel content strategies. Working across multiple projects simultaneously, you are comfortable spinning multiple plates and working in a fast-paced environment.
Specifically, you will

• Possess exceptional stakeholder management skills – you are confident in your ability to delivery through other people
• Have experience managing multiple content frameworks and work flows across multiple channels (ie. TV, Website, Social, App etc)
• Be an excellent copywriter – whilst this role isn’t hands on, you must have strong attention to detail and understand how to create great customer focused content.
• Come from an Editorial background
