Content Researcher (OSINT)

Content researcher (OSINT) – Fluent in both Russian & English!

24-month Fixed Term Contract @ £30-35,000

Please note – This role can be based anywhere in the UK. If you live in London the requirements are 2 days in the central London office & 3 at home. If you are outside of London you can be fully remote.

My client is currently looking for a Content Researcher (OSINT) to join the team on a FTC basis. All the work this client does is to promote positive change around the world!

The ideal person for this role will have a demonstrated interest or history of work in current affairs, journalism or open-source investigative work.

This role requires exceptional Russian language skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities,

• Working to the Head of Investigations, carry out open-source research of traditional broadcast, print and social media where directed.
• Using social media monitoring platforms design collection plans which will help us understand audiences.
• Problem solve new methods of understanding audiences with open-source techniques and tools.
• Produce engaging reports in MS PowerPoint.

Desirable

• Experience of OSINT analytical techniques either formally trained or self-taught.
• Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and report writing.
• Demonstrated interest or work experience in journalism, investigations or the security sector.
• A self-starting problem solver who can work independently or in teams.
• Ideally a degree in international relations/Politics/Slavonic studies or relevant experience in the field.
