Last year, Citizens Advice helped over 2.6 million people directly and digital advice generated 41 million hits. This team work collaboratively and continually push new ideas – they innovate through trial and error, share knowledge and above all, deliver on their promises.
They are seeking two data-driven Content Designers to join this team who are passionate about digital, possess exceptional content design and copywriting skills and above all, deliver content that puts the user first.
The Role
The Content Designer will work collaboratively with the team and use data to understand user needs and delivering content to meet them. Specifically, the content designer will be responsible for:
- Writing for a range of audiences
- Developing and designing content tools to enhance the user journey (Online Forms / calculators etc)
- Using analytics to inform, develop and test content to deliver to user needs
- Working collaboratively with UX Designers to create and implement, best practice and processes.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience of designing and writing user centric content for multiple audiences, across multiple formats (ideally advisory or public information content)
- A strong appreciation for User Experience
- A passion to help others
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive attitude
