The Operations Executive will join a dynamic and fast-paced team, working closely with senior management. This role involves a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution, with the opportunity to make a significant impact.

The Day to Day…

· Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of both in-person and virtual events. This includes sourcing venues, managing on-site operations, and coordinating with speakers to ensure a seamless experience.

· Operational Coordination: Handle the logistical aspects of event preparation, from administration to attendee registration, ensuring all processes run smoothly.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, providing a high-quality experience for all stakeholders.

· Recruitment and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to recruit attendees and promote events effectively.

· Customer Service: Deliver exceptional support to attendees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to enhance their experience.

· Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continually improve event quality and participant engagement.
