Salt have partnered with a British beauty brand to find them a Head of Influencer Marketing. You will be joining a small, but quickly growing team that is stocked online and in store throughout the UK & US.

My client is digital first, and aimed at Gen Z. I need someone who is heavily commercial, data driven, trend driven, and has experience with growing online presence in the US through Influencer Marketing, particularly.

The Role:

· Take full ownership of Influencer strategy (both paid & organic) and management

· Come up with and implement an innovative Influencer strategy that spans UK & US

· Identify which Influencers to target and why

· Be seen as an authority on who the next big thing is!

· Manage all budgets and negotiate where possible

· Manage PR agency and gifting programme

· Have a little black book of relevant KOL’s that you can bring to the business.

· Lead a team of 4 into a high performing department

The Person:

· Demonstratable 6+ years’ experience of Influencer marketing within consumer goods brand

· Experience of both UK and US markets

· Proven leadership skills

· Crisis management

· Impeccable written and grammar skills with ability to communicate confidently to SLT

· Ambitious, assertive and hungry to join a digital first company with a global presence

· At least 2 years’ experience in a senior management role

· Data and ROI driven
