Social Media Project Manager

I’m currently working with a London based creative agecny needing a skilled social media contractor to add value to one of their biggest clients. The client, an exceptional global beverage brand is looking for a Project Manager to work alongside the Social Media Director to manage the merge all social media pages.

WHAT YOU WILL YOU BE DOING:

• Take control of their own accounts, ensuring each activated social channel effectively address business objectives and prevent any potential risks due to lack of governance (E.g. moderation, admin permissions).
• Focus their marketing efforts in social media by continuing to drive enough reach and frequency via paid social.
• Help teams to reduce their non-workings fees to reinvest in media, elevating mental availability through social media in their markets.
• Continue to lead meaningful conversations in culture through social media activity that is relatable, relevant informative and fun.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

• Exceptional project management skills to be the product owner working with the clients Social Media Director
• Overall responsibility for the successful initiation of the project plan, execution or merging pages with stakeholders, monitoring progress, controlling deadlines and closure of the Global Social Media Page Ecosystem project.
• Ability to develop & put forward the best process in tackling:
  • Data gathering and storing
  • The execution of merging all social pages with the technical support of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube alongside brands, agencies and the technical support from FB, TW and YT.
  • Meetings cadence, Scrums
• Agile Project Management experience for mapping out sprints and leading scrums.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms.
• Great communication skills.
