One of the UK’s fast-growing luxury travel brands are seeking a confident CRM Executive to join their friendly and sociable team in South West London. This is a brand-new role in the Marketing/ Digital team to further support the growth of the business.
This is a great opportunity to join an established marketing team of 7 and further develop your CRM & Email Marketing skills. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and will own CRM across multiple channels – so you will have exposure to strategy and execution work!
Responsibilities
· Planning, execution and optimisation of Email & CRM campaigns
· Using Salesforce to drive email campaigns and expand into other channels such as SMS, app, social
· Monitoring customer database, ensuring it’s segmented for targeted marketing activities
· Bringing in creative ideas and preparing briefs for internal and external bodies
· Developing and implementing efficient testing strategies
· Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance for improvement
· Continuously oversee customer database, rising active opt ins
Skills/Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years’ demonstrable experience in email marketing
· Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting
· Ability to plan customer engagement communications across the lifecycle
· Experience of using ESPs (Salesforce is a bonus)
· Keen eye for detail and ability to data cleanse
· Proactive and commercial savvy
