CRM Executive / Email Marketing Executive

£30,000 – £35,000

A leading High Street restaurant chain are looking for a motivated CRM Executive to join their small, but rapidly growing Digital / Growth team. It will be your mission to drive traffic, grow the email list and convert the email list into active customers.

You will work closely with the Head of CRM to design, build and deliver fantastic campaigns to the growing customer base. They are looking for someone who is coming from a CRM / Email Marketing background, but as you are joining the team at an impressive stage of growth, there will be lots of development opportunities in this role.

Ideally you will have 1+ years of CRM/ Email Marketing experience in a retai / ecommerce / subscription business.

Responsibilities

· Work closely with the Head of CRM to develop a world class email strategy

· Manage the CRM programme by designing, creating and executing engaging email campaigns

· Continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies

· As the business is at an incredible growth stage, you will have the opportunity to work on broader digital campaigns

· Build a wide variety of dynamic and responsive templates within their ESP to support the customer communications lifecycle journeys

· Develop a wide variety of journeys, such as – recurring, A/B, custom, single batch

· Reporting on campaigns and automated journeys and provide analysis to aid in development and optimisation

Skills / Experience

· Experience and proven results in creating engaging email marketing campaigns

· Understanding of customer journeys and retention, acquisition and engagement

· Ideally educated to degree level

· Good team player, and confident presenting to stakeholders

· Previous experience in a marketing/ CRM role
