A revolutionary, social first investment platform are looking for their first CRM hire to join the team in London! The company has just raised £50million in funding are have some impressive growth plans, with CRM being at the heart of their growth across Europe.
You will be the first CRM hire in the business and will be tasked with setting up the strategy across the UK & Europe. You will hire a high performing CRM team to execute campaigns across multiple channels and regions.
Responsibilities
- Set up the CRM strategy across UK & Europe
- Implement robust test and learn approaches to inform the development of the long-term CRM strategy/ goal
- Develop the lifecycle structure for the business and identify opportunities for communication optimization
- Create, maintaining and optimize customer journeys as part of their marketing automation strategy
- Build a CRM team
- Drive innovative ideas and solutions in response to business and customer needs
- Work with the broader team to create a customer first approach to CRM
- Report into the Head of Growth to drive strategies moving forward
Experience
· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject
· Passion for investments/ crypto
· Experience in a high growth business
· Experience building a team
· Passion for joining a start-up on a great journey
