Salt are excited to collaborate with a rapidly growing, financial firm on an ASAP starting, 3 month CRM Manager contract position to lead client loyalty and retention initiatives. In this role, you will drive strategy, enhance the client journey, and collaborate with sales teams to foster growth. IR35 status currently pending. This is a hybrid operating role (2 days per week) to London HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop client retention and loyalty strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the CRM strategy using Microsoft Dynamics to maximise client engagement.
  • Use data-driven insights to personalise communications and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Partner with sales teams to enhance client relationships and drive business results.
  • Implement automated processes and campaigns to nurture client relationships.

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing, preferably in fintech or financial services.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in data segmentation and targeting.
  • Proven success in driving business growth through collaboration with sales teams.
  • Excellent project management skills and a passion for client-centric communications.
