Senior CRM Manager

A global Ed-Tech that are on a mission to support millions of children across the world with their education are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to join the business at an impressive stage of growth.
You will report into the VP Marketing and will lead the CRM strategy across the UK & Nordics.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with VP Marketing, you will implement engaging, creative and customer centric strategies
- Own the CRM roadmap for all territories – new customer acquisition, customer loyalty and retention
- Own the technical execution of CRM platform
- Implement a continuous test and learn approach for the CRM strategy to optimise the performance of campaigns and gain invaluable insights
- Work with the Head of Data to ensure the latest segmentation, models and classifications are used the business
- Drive customer journeys across the broad media estate (App, Digital, email, SMS)
Requirements
- Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject
- Expert knowledge in CRM, Campaign Management, Direct Marketing
- Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies
- Team management experience
- Analytically minded
