A leading Health & Leisure business are looking to build a new CRM function in South London! You would have seen the impressive rise of this business over the last 5+ years and they have recently hired an incredible CRM Director who is looking to enhance the CRM and Email offering for the group.

You will have responsibility for 2 CRM Execs and will work closely with the CRM Director on strategy and execution.

They have invested in Salesforce Marketing Cloud – so ideally you will have experience of this tool.


· Execute CRM marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS and Push Notifications)

· Work with internal creative teams to scope, plan and manage the execution and creative design of campaigns

· Develop and implement robust test and learn approaches to inform the development of the long-term CRM strategy

· Manage 2 CRM Execs

· Get the most out of Salesforce Marketing Cloud

· Use customer data to personalise communications and drive change

· Develop marketing and transactional comms for new propositions and offers

· Work with the wider Commercial, Data & Insights team on targeting

· Partner with the Brand team on messaging and design


· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject

· Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies

· Experience executing Email Marketing campaigns

· Experience using Salesforce or another campaign management tool

· Passion for Marketing and CRM
