A leading UK restaurant chain are looking for a CRM Manager to join their growing digital team. You will have responsibility for leading the delivery and optimisation of their email campaign plan covering trading, engagement & loyalty.

You will work closely with the CRM Lead on all things CRM, customer lifecycle and their new loyalty scheme. The company are going through an exciting period of growth so it’s a great time to be joining!

Responsibilities

  • Deliver the CRM strategy in line with the wider marketing growth plans
  • Drive the CRM email calendar – working with the wider digital function to ensure it’s fit for purpose
  • Plan, build and drive customer recency, frequency value program to encourage repeat visits
  • Plan CRM campaigns and customer journeys across all digital touchpoints alongside the Brand Marketing teams
  • Develop, test and optimise the use of the current segmentation model for email campaigns
  • Understand the data and systems, working closely with digital agencies to create accurate and relevant campaigns

Experience

  • 4+ years CRM/ Email Marketing experience in a fast paced environment
  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • Experience managing CRM agencies and building strong relationships
  • Hands on experience of email marketing best practice – although this role will be very strategic
  • Experience reporting to senior stakeholders
