A leading UK leisure business are looking for a CRM Manager to join their growing digital team on. You will support the Head of CRM to design and deliver automated customer journeys to grow their customer database and drive frequency and loyalty.
You will work hand in hand with their data agency to ensure full data integration and take ownership of Salesforce internally to optimize email marketing and CRM performance. The position will involve email build, execution and reporting.
Responsibilities
· Work with the Head of CRM to deliver the CRM strategy in line with the wider marketing growth plans
· Build and drive the CRM email calendar – working with the wider digital function to ensure it’s fit for purpose
· Manage the day to day relationship with Salesforce and their data agency to audit and improve campaign capability and data integration
· Plan, build and drive our customer recency, frequency value program to encourage repeat visits
· Build email HTML using best practice
· Implement a test and learn programs e.g A/B splits, using control groups to measure performance and uplift
· Develop, test and optimise the use of the current segmentation model for email campaigns
Experience
· 3+ years CRM/ Email Marketing experience in a fast paced environment
· Salesforce experience is required for this role
· Ideally educated to degree level
· Hands on experience of email marketing best practice
· Experience reporting to senior stakeholders
