Email Producer

My client, a leader in the retail and fashion space, is on the hunt for an interim Email Producer to support with what will be a busy period for the business over the next 8 weeks leading up to the festive season and afterwards in the New Year.

The role…

• Prepare and build end-to-end email and push campaigns (HTML, links, dynamic content, audience etc.) using our email/push service provider Responsys
• Ensure that all campaigns are signed off by relevant stakeholders and go through QA checks – working closely with the Web, Marketing, Fashion and Editorial/Creative teams to ensure this is done once briefed by the Email Marketing Executive.
• Working with the email marketing executives to select products and imagery to feature within campaigns, using data and business requests to inform decision making
• Supporting the Email & Push team day-to-day with tasks such as customer service queries and briefing assets.

Key tasks…

• Using Responsys to build 4-5 email and push campaigns per week (each sending to three different regions)
• Sending campaigns for stakeholder sign-off, and following up on amends by making relevant changes
• Creating filters and scheduling campaigns once signed off, ensuring that campaigns go out on time and with no errors
• Daily team stand-ups to communicate on upcoming campaigns and any blockers/changes

Essential experience…

• Experience of working within a fast-paced environment, and adhering to competing deadlines and priorities
• Extensive ESP experience – preferable Oracle Responsys
• Excellent attention to detail and autonomous at managing workloads
• HTML/CSS experience (intermediate level at a minimum)
• An understanding of email best practices including optimisation & deliverability
• Enthusiasm, ability and energy to operate in a fast paced environment
