A leading Fintech business that is growing rapidly are looking for a Global Head of Email Marketing to join their digital function.

** This role can either be based in LONDON or AMSTERDAM **

This is a new role in a young and vibrant business – so you will have full autonomy over the Email marketing strategy for the organisation. You will work closely with the developers, creative team and also the digital function.

You will manage a team of 5 Email Campaign Managers- so previous management experience is a must.

Responsibilities

· Develop and implement a world class email channel strategy that delivers against company OKRs and business goals

· Manage a team of 5 Email Campaign Managers – setting goals and objectives for the team

· Oversee the development and maintenance of the CRM database and email automation platform

· Work with senior stakeholders to ensure they are kept up to date with the global email marketing strategy and results

· Work closely with the product team to achieve the acquisition, activation and retention goals, whilst creating an email strategy to support each team’s ambitions

· Work with the tech team to ensure the infrastructure is in place to send high volume emails across multiple regions

Requirements

· 8+ years experience in Email Marketing and running data driven campaigns

· Ideally educated to degree level

· Experience using multiple ESPs and automation tools

· Experience managing high performing teams

· Solid history in generating lead conversions from email marketing
