Head of CRM – TV
£75,000 – £85,000
Join one of Britain’s biggest TV broadcasters as their new Head of CRM. You will join the business at a fantastic stage of growth and will be responsible for developing and executing an effective CRM strategy across the group, in support of the marketing strategy, focusing on driving conversion and retention.
You will lead and develop an existing team of 6, however 3 of those will be DR. The business is investing heavily across CRM & Digital over the next 12 months, so there will be lots exciting projects to manage.
Responsibilities
· Lead the development of an effective segmentation and targeting approach, to get the right message, to the right customer, at the right time
· Act as the lead CRM expert and a senior voice on the Leadership Team
· Champion CRM, data-led and automated marketing
· Produce clear plans for each quarter to deliver new customer focused objectives
· Manage external agencies and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of CRM initiatives
· Manage a high performing team, delivering results and supporting the team’s development
· Manages the CRM budget
· Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new CRM programme
· Drive customer journeys across the broad media estate (App, Digital, email, SMS)
Experience
· Highly experienced in CRM, with a strong understanding of one-to-one communications
· A strong understanding of how to use data/ insight, segmentation and targeting to drive relevance and improve performance
· Experience building high performing teams and dealing with senior stakeholders
· Expert knowledge in CRM, Data Strategy, Campaign Management, Direct Marketing
· Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
