A leading online marketplace which has raised over 200million in the last 10 years are looking for a customer marketing leader to join their growing digital function. You will lead an impressive team of 8 and will be tasked with owning the customer growth agenda to drive conversion, engagement, customer value and revenue.
Please note, to be considered for this role, you will need to have previous experience working for a high growth start-up / scale-up in a CRM/ Customer role.
Based in London, they work in the office 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
· Own the end-to-end customer marketing plan developing specific communications strategies to drive customer engagement, acquisition, sales and loyalty
· Work closely with tech and product teams to develop the marketing automation and tech stack
· Manage a high-performing team of 9 customer marketing and CRM professionals
· Develop and execute the multi-channel CRM communications programme, driving new customer acquisition and existing customer engagement across the business. You will be the champion of email, SMS and digital channels comms
· Roll out a test-and-learn strategy to continuously improve results across the customer lifecycle
· Develop customer comms across the B2B and B2C side of the business
Experience
· Previous CRM experience in a fast paced start-up/ scale-up environment
· Experience managing a high performing team
· Good understanding of B2B and B2C marketing
· Ideally educated to degree level
· Strategic and analytical with strong customer focus and commercial acumen
· Organised, autonomous, customer obsessed marketeer
