Marketing Assistant (CRM)

Salt has partnered with one of the UK’s most recognised Luxury Retailers as they seek to hire a driven marketing junior, keen to develop their career and explore a path as a CRM Assistant within their growing CRM team. In this ASAP starting, 3 month initial (option to progress to perm) role, you will support in delivering all CRM activity efforts (brand partnerships focused) and CRM Campaigns across their brand portfolio.

Key Role Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production and coordination of their commercial Email and App Push campaigns
• Support in producing creative email briefs, managing the brief delivery to various relevant internal teams and following through to testing and deployment phases.
• Brief in copy to the editorial team and support in the set up, testing and scheduling of email dispatch
• Effectively liaise with brand partners for key assets, and the CRM Analytics team for custom audience focus
• Help to create innovative, engaging content that is on-brand, retrieve assets and copy direction, ensuring storytelling throughout for each brand
• Ensure attention to detail and email deadlines are adhered to

Key Skills Required:

• Some previous experience in a similar role is very advantageous, with a keen interest in CRM and Marketing
• Strong key stakeholder, communication, and project management skills
• Keen attention to detail
• You can work within a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritise workload and work to set deadlines
• Advantageous (but not essential) to have experience using Salesforce
