A leading Health & Leisure business are looking to build a new CRM function in South London! You would have seen the impressive rise of this business over the last 5+ years and they have recently hired an incredible CRM Director who is looking to enhance the CRM and Email offering for the group.

They have invested in Salesforce Marketing Cloud – so ideally you will have experience of this tool. HTML experience would be preferable as you will work closely with the data and creative team on Email builds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to learn and develop a broad range of direct marketing and CRM skills and gain hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

· Execute CRM marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS and Push Notifications)

· Work with internal creative teams to scope, plan and manage the execution and creative design of campaigns

· Use customer data to personalise communications and drive change

· Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver fully automated email and SMS

· Upload HTML email templates to Salesforce Marketing Cloud

· Amend HTML email templates per campaign requirements

· Develop marketing and transactional comms for new propositions and offers

· Work with the wider Commercial, Data & Insights team on targeting

· Partner with the Brand team on messaging and design

Experience

· Ideally educated to degree level in relevant subject

· Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies

· Experience executing Email Marketing campaigns

· Experience using Salesforce or another campaign management tool

· HTML experience

· Passion for Marketing and CRM
