Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager
£50,000 – £60,000 + 20% bonus
A leading UK leading brand are looking for a Senior CRM & Digital Manager to join their growing digital team. In this role you will lead the email marketing strategy during an exciting period of growth. You will have responsibility for leading the delivery and optimisation of their email campaign plan covering trading, engagement & loyalty.
You will define, deliver and own all roadmaps of CRM campaign activity and the customer lifecycle with a key aim to grow the new loyalty scheme.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the CRM strategy in line with the wider marketing growth plans
- Build and drive the CRM email calendar – working with the wider digital function to ensure its fit for purpose
- Plan, build and drive customer recency, frequency value program to encourage repeat visits
- Plan CRM campaigns and customer journeys across all digital touchpoints alongside the Brand Marketing teams
- Develop, test and optimise the use of the current segmentation model for email campaigns
- Understand the data and systems, working closely with digital agencies to create accurate and relevant campaigns
Experience
- 5+ years CRM/ Email Marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally educated to degree level
- Experience managing CRM agencies and building strong relationships
- Hands on experience of email marketing best practice – although this role will be very strategic
- Experience reporting to senior stakeholders
