Business Analyst – eCommerce

My client, an amazing FMCG brand, is on the hunt for an eCommerce-focused Business Analyst who has experience with writing user stories and can assist on a major eCom transformation and content migration project.

This will be an 8-week assignment where you’ll be in the thick of it, working with third-party agencies and internal stakeholders (digital, IT, etc.) to drive forward this migration project and can identify eCommerce opportunities and pain points.

You will work with key internal teams, to write all functional requirements needed in the form of end-to end Agile user stories for the Online Store. This will include EPIC level categorisation and Acceptance Criteria.

Your role will be to progress business process flow documentation (B2B & B2C), user-stories and acceptance criteria, to a point of full Stakeholder approval, so they are ready for development sprints.

Partnering with the Product Owner, you will look at how the features and functionality can be improved and provide the GAP analysis.

What we’re looking for?

• A Senior BA
• 7+ years as Business Analyst for eComm projects – professional experience analyzing, capturing and structuring software product requirements
• Expert at JIRA (and Confluence) & MIRO
• Can identify eComm customer opportunities and pain points and turn into detailed product requirements and have the communication and execution skills to deliver quality output with your team.
• Can switch between communication styles between technical and business-oriented audiences
• You can take initiative in proactively talking to the right people across multiple functions to groom requirements
• You can produce process documentation in tools such as MIRO and VISIO

You must be…

• A registered freelancer in Amsterdam or nearby in the Netherlands
• Able to work in the office (hybrid)
• Available Immediately
• Native-level English communication skills (written and verbal)
