This small fashion business is specifically looking for an Ecommerce Executive who is ready to step into a management role. This role is for someone who is happy to work 5 days a week in the office.

• Complete ownership of the website – end-end customer journey, development and maintenance (Magento)
• Own all customer acquisition and retention in house.
• Manage all marketplaces (eg, John Lewis, Amazon etc).
• Work with an owner who will invest in development – happy to put you through courses for things like digital marketing.
• Chance to work with all other functions and learn a lot about wider business operations.
• Manage an Ecom Assistant who will support on the day to day.
• Salary between £40-45k and a bonus can be discussed.

You

If you’re an Ecom Exec currently and want to take on more ownership in a small brand this role will be ideal! Ultimately looking for someone who wants to be really hands on and grow the online channel. You’ll need:

• 3+ years’ experience in an ecommerce role, preferably within fashion.
• A track record of increasing online sales.
• A good grasp of Magento or similar.
• Experience working with marketplaces such as Amazon, John Lewis etc would be ideal.
• Experience with digital marketing (PPC, social, email etc) would be great – but they will invest in development with this).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Stakeholder management experience – able to build relationships and influence across functions.
