eCommerce Director – Leading Retailer

My client are a leading global FMCG retailer who are currently going through an exciting time of digital growth. This brand is one of the most recognisable brands in the world and their product are a main stay of any household. They are currently looking to hire a commercial leader to implement the eCommerce strategy in the UK with a particular focus on their 3rd party accounts along with full management of their direct to consumer P&L.

Role:

• Strategic development of the B2B channel with a specific focus on Amazon
• Work cross functionally and in a matrix environment with Marketing, Product, Finance and Design
• Responsible for category revenue growth drawing from data, insights and customer journey
• Use data to drive change
• Execute eCommerce strategies to drive long term revenue change
• Manage and execute shopper marketing budget to generate positive ROI
• Hire, develop and retain top talent

Requirements:

• Strong commercial background
• 8-10 years in an eCommerce/Digital role
• Experience working with Amazon
• Deep knowledge of trading and customer journey
