This digital first, high growth DTC brand is looking for a powerhouse director to come and drive their ecommerce strategy. It’s a truly exciting role as you can own ecommerce. If you’ve come from a pureplay digital business read on.

You

Perfect for those entrepreneurial types who are driven by scaling brands, maximizing revenue and building teams. They have a set profile in mind, here’s what you need:

• You must come from a digital pureplay (or at least started online before retail etc) – this is non-negotiable (the likes of Gymshark, Farfetch etc).
• A proven track record in scaling a brand into triple digits (must be over £100m).
• Experience scaling global markets.
• Experience in building and leading teams.
• Strong trade and merchandising background.
• Experience with CRO, testing, development roadmaps and customer journey/experience.
• Experience working with content and creative teams – working with platforms like contentful.
• Strong stakeholder management and influential skills.
