This well-established beauty business, with both stores and online, is looking for a budding ecommerce executive to support full website management and help drive this side of the business forward.

The Role

This role will support the Ecom Manager, and there are also 2 assistants in the team. You can expect to:

• Deliver the ecommerce strategy, improving user experience and optimizing conversion.
• Trade and merchandise the site to maximise sales.
• Drive website development (functionality, layouts etc)
• Monitor user behaviour and implement changes to improve experience.
• Look at site reporting.
• Run A/B testing.
• Optimise content across the site.

You

This role is ideal for someone who is looking for a step up into a role where they can get really hands on, have the chance to take more responsibility and grow their career. You’ll need:

• 2-3 years working in a similar ecommerce role – needs to be retail/product related business.
• Proven success in developing sites to improve UX, conversion, etc.
• Familiar with measuring site performance.
• Experience using Google Analytics.
