My client, a leader in online music is looking for a commercially aware and ambitious Ecommerce Manager to manage a small team to drive company performance and efficiency.

The Role

You can expect to:

* Manage and mentor a small team across Marketing and Operations.

* Oversee budget management, ensuring accurate forecasting.

* Analyse the performance and make insightful actions based on the data.

* Suggest business improvements to increase efficiency and improve profitability.

* Oversee the flow of product movement.

* Monitor performance in line with company KPI’s.

* Act as spokesperson to communicate the processes across the wider business.

* Identify industry trends to drive the online business.

You

* Strong Ecommerce management experience.

* Previous experience managing and mentoring a team.

* Commercial acumen with experience in managing a budget.

* Experience within the music industry is desirable.

* Problem solver.
