eCommerce Manager – Amazon/Key Accounts

My client are a leading tech innovation product who own their own manufacturing and have gone through significant investment and revenue growth. They are looking for a strong eCommerce Leader to join their commercial team to look specifically at their eCommerce Marketplaces with a particular focus on Amazon.

Role:

• Coordinating the ecommerce team to execute the strategy and deliver sales targets
• P&L responsibility for Amazon, Marketplaces, etail
• International Key Account Manager for existing strong Amazon vendor relationships in USA and UK
• Third party marketplaces and etailers globally
• Building and converting a pipeline of ecommerce b2b customers
• Managing cohesion in pricing, promotions, listings, offer, content, margins between all ecommerce channels
• Shared responsibility for promotional, conversion and amazon marketing budget and calendar together with Digital Marketing Manager
• Execution and optimisation of conversion advertising for amazon and marketplaces
• Input to overall global ecommerce strategy
• Forecasting the demand for Amazon, marketplaces and etail
• Maintaining the online listing asset portfolio
• Reporting of key metrics to the senior management team
• Recommending opportunities to wider sales and marketing functions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in an eCommerce role
• Deep knowledge and experience working either with or in Amazon
• Experience managing P&L
• Team leadership
